Orders placed before 3pm CST will usually be processed the same
business day Monday through Friday. Orders after 3pm CST will be
processed the following business day. Our preferred carrier is UPS,
in which you may select from standard Ground shipping to Overnight
delivery. If any item of your order is delayed or backordered, we
will notify you via email within 24 hours. Once your items have
shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email that
includes your tracking information.
Most products include a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Please refer
to the product details page of your product. Any items deemed
defective within 30 days of purchase may be return for exchange of
the same item only. Exchanges are only authorized when a product is
defective due to a manufacturer defect. Customer neglect or failure
to use the product as intended per the user manual, voids any and
all warranties. To return a defective product, you must first call
our customer service department to obtain an RMA # (Return Material
Authorization #). The RMA # must be written clearly on the outside
of the package when returned. Products must be returned with all
original contents in new condition. If you placed an order and would
like to cancel, you may do so before your products have shipped by
calling customer service or sending us an email.
Unless otherwise indicated, all trademarks, service marks, logos and
trade dress on the Site. All other Trademarks are recognized.
Unless otherwise indicated, all material included on the Site, such
as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, and
the compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly)
of all materials on this Site are owned by Purehitech.com, are
protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be
